- Where are the courses held?
- All courses are held at the ITS training facility, located in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, 20 minutes west of Chicago's O'Hare airport. Equipped with a computer and a ACE3600 FIU and RTU for each student, the training facility offers a unique hands-on training experience.
- What experience level does the instructor have on Motorola's SCADA products and solutions?
- ITS provides instructors with a minimum of 10 years experience working with Motorola’s SCADA products. Our instructors attend annual training offerings from Motorola to stay current with new products and updated releases of those products. Each instructor has system implementation experience as well.
- What about breakfast & lunch?
- All students attending classes at the ITS training facility will receive a continental breakfast and lunch.
- Will I be trained on actual ACE3600 equipment?
Each student has their own FIU and an RTU with a Mixed I/O Module and a 4 Analog Out Module. The FIU communicates to the RTU through a Radio Concentrator. A System Tool Suite (STS) programming cable is connected to both the FIU and RTU to the student computer. The student computer will be running ACE3600 programming software System Tool Suite (STS).
